Stella

Stella was a loving cat, mom, friend and companion. She was 3 years old and four months ago had her second litter of 7 kitties. She was a cat like no other. Stella got sick for about 2 weeks, and we were unsure what she had. She was treated for pancreatitis in hopes that the antibiotics would help, but they didn’t. Last tuesday (oct 13th) we got the diagnosis of FIP (feline infectious peritonitis) and they needed to run one more test, while keeping her on fluids. Once she was taken off fluids her body went into shock and there was nothing they could do. FIP has a 98% mortality rate, and there is no vaccine or cure. She was put down during the early hours of Wednesday, the 14th. Stella’s human mom is devastated, and on top of that she has to deal with the expenses.  She has 30 days to cover a $1000 bill. Because I believe in the power of giving and the power of healing through love and support, I am reaching out to my beloved community to support Delphi. She is a 21-year-old that just embarked on her educational career in psychology. I urge you to show some love during this time. I’ll I ask is for a $5 donation.
