The entire Criales family is greatly thankful for all the support that Bryan have received up to this day. I'd like to ask everyone to keep praying for his fast recovery. This is just the beginning for Bryan Criales and he has a long way to go as you can see in this footage. I'd like to also thank Erica Rakow for sharing Bryan's story in such a touching way. Please keep spreading the word about Bryan's story and God bless everyone.

On December 13, 2015 our 22 year old nephew, Bryan Criales, his sister Carmen, and their mom Elisa were involved in a horrible wrong-way car accident. They were hit by a car driving in a wrong direction on I-95 in Miami.
The accident took life of our beloved Carmen 23 yrs old and left Bryan and Elisa critically injured. They were rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center in Miami. Bryan suffered severe brain trauma, lots of swelling and bruising. He had four brain surgeries, one involving the removal a part of his skull to allow for swelling. He also had multiple fractures in his shoulders, right knee, toes, pelvis and he had a part of his liver removed. He spent six weeks in coma.
Currently, he is still in Jackson Memorial Hospital. He has a feeding tube and trachea to help him with breathing. In about six weeks he will have another surgery to put his skull back in so please be praying for everything to go well. He has a long way to go, but every day he makes a little progress and we truly believe that one day he will be able to talk, walk, and enjoy his life again.
On the financial side, Bryan’s medical bills are piling up. He will not be able to come home for a long time and he will require hospital care after the surgery, and then months in a rehab center. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your support and prayers.

Sincerely,

The Criales Family

Attentamente,

La familia Criales
