Help Rose the Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia Pup
A little about Rose .... She was found in the middle of the road with her mom and siblings. Out of all the people to find her it was one of our volunteers. Not long after she was in this foster home her foster mom recognized that this puppy was born with the same birth defect she was. Rose was born with a Congenital diaphragmatic hernia and the fact she was alive still is a miracle. CDH is when there is a hole in the diaphragm and her abdominal organs go into her chest cavity. Heart and lungs growth is therefore limited . She had one major surgery and she has one major surgery to go. This surgery is very risky on a lot of levels and is not routine. Rose also has some other medical issues too and her vet is convinced she has she sort of syndrome. Please help us to help Rose. For all of you that know about CDH the medical issues don't stop once the surgery is done. With humans only 50% live past a year old and with animals that percentage is lower . This little lady has shown us she has fight in her and we want to do all for her that we can. She has a long road ahead and we are seeking help with her medical bills.
