My name is Jada McDougle, I am a senior at Newton County High School in Decatur, Mississippi where I run Track as a sprinter, I run the 100 meter dash as well as the 200 meter dash. I am a member of the USA Track and Field Association (USATF). After battling a season ending injury, I didn’t let it stop me from carrying out one of my goals and that is to compete on a National level. In July I will get the opportunity to represent my family, community and the state of Mississippi. I am competing and will attend the Hershey’s USATF Junior Olympic National Championship that will be held at the University of California in Sacramento, California (Hornet Stadium) on July 23 through July 28, 2019. I will be flying there and staying five days. I am asking the community and surrounding areas for sponsorship or donations to help pay for hotel stays, flights, and other traveling expenses. I am seeking to raise $2,200.00 to cover the cost.
