Janet is a sweet lady who lives in a very moldy, broken and unhealthy trailer with her daughter. Janet is disabled and can’t walk well or hold down a job. She has a very limited income. They have lived in this trailer for ten years. In the last couple years, the trailer has not been safe to live in but she has no means to move or get a new trailer. The trailer had a leak under the main floor and the roof which cause major flooding and condensation inside the trailer which lead to mold and major damage all over the trailer. There are many holes in the ceiling, walls and the floor. It is impossible for her to fix these problems and too costly to repair all the damage. The trailer is so broken that it would cost more to fix than it would for her to find a used trailer to live in. The pictures tell a horror story of the living conditions she is stuck in. Please help Janet get into something health and safe for her and her daughter.
