Utley's Second Chance

Utley's  (formerly known as Bucky) adventure started with us two short weeks ago when we adopted him from Eleventh Hour Rescue.  From the second he entered our lives he has shown us an infinite amount of love and compassion.  He loves to spend his days  giving kisses, getting belly rubs, going for daily walks (which usually include stopping to smell the flowers, trees, rocks, and anything else in his path), car rides, and competitive tug of war games.
Unfortunately, at a routine vet check up, and several follow up visits with cardiologists and specialists, we were given the devastating news about his previously undetected heart condition.  Utley suffers from severe pulmonic stenosis and requires a procedure called balloon valvuloplasty. This procedure, which is necessary for him to continue his life, unfortunately comes with a hefty price tag. 
When we adopted  Utley two weeks ago, we were aware that pets come with a price tag, but were completely blindsided with his condition and the and the accompanying costs for such a procedure. Utley is currently taking medication to "buy him time" and get him ready for his procedure which needs to be completed ASAP in order to avoid congenital heart failure, or even the unthinkable.  If you can help us to support Utley in his second chance at life we would be forever grateful.
