One Caribbean Bahamas Hurricane Relief

#Bahamas need our help! Hurricane Dorian has been unimaginable living nightmare for many people, especially those on Grand Bahama and Abaco in the northern Bahamas.  One death so far has been reported in Abaco.  Many families  are in distress and some people are about to panic.  Most have no access to clean drinking water.  The situation is beyond dire.  Help is needed now.... that is why I started collecting funds along with my long standing community partners in #Brooklyn to launch a supply relief drive for those in need.  Drop-off locations will be across the borough will be forthcoming.

About the history how we started this relief efforts.
I'm Pastor Gil Monrose, native of the US Virgin Islands and senior pastor of the Mt. Zion Church of God 7th in Brooklyn and St. Thomas.  Since Hurricane Irma and Maria devastated our islands, I've started raising funds to help rebuild a stronger USVI.  We supported the Virgin Islands Clergy Peace Coalition, Community Action Now and Dominica Medical Missions - to assist with distributing hurricane relief supplies and other support.

Yes, time is of the essence.  My goal is to raise funds to provide relief supplies for the Bahamas islands.  My goal is the send generators, water and school supplies RIGHT AWAY to the islands.  

We will not forget our brothers and sisters.  We will not forget our families.  We will not forget the people of the Bahamas.
