Ustadh Tahir Support

This page has been setup to support a scholar who will be returning to the UK in January 2021. We hope to raise funds to support him and his family so he can dedicate himself to community work and raising the standards of the community.  Many scholars who study abroad come back and have to take on roles that are perhaps less suited to their skill set. We want to make a change. Help up inshaAllah! May Allah bless and reward you.

Ustadh Tahir Anwar has dedicated the last few years of his life uprooting himself from his home town in Nelson, Lancashire and embarking on a journey of learning sacred knowledge. He has spent this time in Fez, Morocco and latterly at the Dar Al Mustafa Institute in Tarim, Yemen. 

Prior to leaving, Ustadh setup an organisation called Inspiring Grace which was setup to revive lost sunnahs such as setting up foodbanks and prophetic sports initiatives. The town was also fortunate to host many local, national and International scholars to deliver enriching messages to the local community.

Here is a list of some of the initiatives that Ustadh will be instrumental in setting up with your valued support:

- Setting up a Futuwwa Madrassa where young people will have the opportunity to engage in FardAin knowledge as well as partaking in the sacred sports of Archery, Martial Arts (Grappling), Swimming and Horse Riding. 

- Establish FardAin Knowledge for Adults in the area. Also teaching about the life of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings upon him) and other ancillary sciences of Islam. 

- To visit other towns and call those people to Islam and to the beautiful way of the Prophet (peace and blessings upon him) himself. 

- To establish initiative that explain Islam to non-muslims. We will clarify the nature of the message in its truest and purest form and also to point to some of the signs within the universe and call people to Islam through that.
