Needing legal funds

Please help! For anyone that has ever known me can say that I am an amazing mother and that my daughter is my world. She is the best thing that has ever happened in my life and comes first in all I do. I have had her living with me since she was born, her dad moved away after she turned 1. This past week I gave permission for her to go visit him in Alabama for her spring break and he called and told me I would never get her back. Thankfully with the help of my boyfriend driving me and the cops, I was able to get her back after a very tramatizing situation for both of us. My attorney here in Florida is trying to help me file for full custody and a restraining order because I'm in fear that he will just try to catch her in the yard playing or at her school and grab her. Sleeping with one eye open in fear. I can not afford the initial $2500 fee to start the filings and possible $500 more for paperwork. I'm desperate  at this point. Any help is greatly appreciated.
