Urgent Surgery Needed for Brave Carlos

My friend's little dog (Carlos) was attacked by another dog (a pitbull).

My friend was able to unlock the pit bull's jaws from around Carlos's head.

Carlos is alive but his bottom jaw is crushed and in need of surgery as soon as possible. The owner of the pit bull said that he would pay for all medical expenses, but is nowhere to be found. Carlos is in a lot of discomfort. My friend has been giving him his medication needed for pain and antibiotics, feeding him through a syringe. The surgery is needed to repair his lower jaw.
