<div>Alex is my older brother. He is a hardworking, responsible person who is always willing to help others. For me and for our family, he has been a pillar, someone we can always rely on, even in the most difficult moments.

<div>Today, unfortunately, he is the one who needs support. Not long ago, Alex was involved in a serious accident when a food delivery motorcyclist ran a stop sign, impacting him and causing him a grade 2 fracture to his tibia and fibula, a very painful and delicate injury that requires immediate medical attention.

<div>After the accident, he was admitted to a public IMSS hospital, where our family went through days of great anguish. Alex experienced medical negligence: he was not provided with food or water, we were not clearly informed about the true severity of his injury, and there was no defined date for the surgery he urgently needed. Meanwhile, he continued to endure constant pain and the risk that his condition could worsen.

<div>Given this critical situation and the lack of timely care, the doctors recommended transferring him to a private hospital to undergo emergency surgery. It was the only option to avoid further complications and give him a real chance at recovery. The cost of the surgery and medical expenses amounts to approximately +150,000 Mexican pesos , an amount our family cannot afford on our own.

<div>As his younger brother David, today I raise my voice for him. We created this campaign with humility and hope, asking for support so that Alex can receive the surgery he needs and begin his recovery process. Every donation, no matter the amount, is one more step toward restoring his health, mobility, and peace of mind.

<div>Alex es mi hermano mayor. Es una persona trabajadora, responsable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar a los demás. Para mí y para mi familia, él ha sido un pilar, alguien en quien siempre se puede confiar, incluso en los momentos difíciles.

<div>Hoy, lamentablemente, es él quien necesita apoyo. Hace poco, Alex sufrió un grave accidente cuando un repartidor de comida en motocicleta se pasó un alto . El impacto le provocó una fractura de grado 2 en la tibia y el peroné, una lesión muy dolorosa y delicada que requiere atención médica inmediata.

<div>Después del accidente, fue ingresado a un hospital público del IMSS, donde nuestra familia vivió días de mucha angustia. Alex pasó por una situación de negligencia médica: no le proporcionaron alimentos ni agua, no nos explicaron con claridad la gravedad real de su lesión y no había una fecha definida para la cirugía que necesitaba con urgencia. Mientras tanto, él seguía soportando un dolor constante y el riesgo de que su estado empeorara.

<div>Ante esta situación tan crítica y la falta de atención oportuna, los médicos nos recomendaron trasladarlo a un hospital privado para realizar una cirugía de emergencia. Era la única opción para evitar complicaciones mayores y darle una verdadera oportunidad de recuperación. El costo de la cirugía y los gastos médicos ascienden a aproximadamente +$150,000 pesos mexicanos, una cantidad que nuestra familia no puede cubrir por sí sola.
