La peritonitis carcinomatosa (o carcinomatosis peritoneal) es una diseminación avanzada de células cancerosas al peritoneo, la membrana que recubre la cavidad abdominal, usualmente proveniente de cánceres de colon, estómago, ovarios, páncreas u órganos reproductores femeninos, causando síntomas como hinchazón abdominal, dolor, acumulación de líquido (ascitis) y fatiga, y se trata con enfoques como la cirugía citorreductora y la quimioterapia intraperitoneal (IPEC) para mejorar la supervivencia y calidad de vida. <br />El examen que se me hizo de ovarios salió negativo.. pero sigo dando positivo quieren hacerme una bioscopia en mi estomago para analizar el resto de mis órganos.. y de esa forma ir revisando en donde es que está el problema( que porfe yo digo que no hay nada) existe también un pequeño diagnóstico que si es positivo que es La dilatación y curetaje es un procedimiento para extraer tejido del interior del útero.
