Elvys is an immigrant from Venezuela, a very well-known barber in New Jersey. He's been in the USA for 3 years now. He had a tragic accident and lost his truck and fractured his spine along with his neck, causing him to have urgent surgery due to the fact that he's losing feeling in his hands down his neck, causing numbness in his body. He currently will not be working. He's not able to provide for his family and 4 children for the next 4 months approximately. He's not able to collect or receive any compensation due to his immigration status.
