Hi everybody this is my name is Desaray and last year I become homeless and ended up having to go to the hospital and they tell me I had sepsis in my kidney so they did emergency surgery and put two stents in my kidney on the left side and then I get out and this year I was having pain in my left side again and I went to the hospital again and they told me if I don't get the stents taken out ASAP that I can lose my kidney and be on dialysis for the rest of my life and or die I do not have the money or the means to pay for it I'm homeless like I said I don't have a job I have no living family I just need help I don't want to die and that's what it looks like it's about to come to.
