Some things that happen in life are not something you could ever prepare for. Today I’m asking for your help to save a dog who is a victim of wrong place wrong time. One of our very own has had her loved one torn from her fingertips. InDenver Colorado. They don’t tolerate any type of aggressive behavior. A year and a half ago an unfortunate Tragic incident occurred. I have personally never found myself in this sort of situation so I am not speaking on behalf of the other party involved whose pet did suffer some injuries… I am going to advocate as always for a dog who doesn’t have a voice and can’t tell us his side of the story but one of the biggest concerns is that a dog’s life is going to be taken because of one heartbreaking mistake. Could you imagine if they euthanized us when we made a mistake? There wouldn’t be a lot of us left on this earth if that was how our justice system worked. A year and a half ago riot was in a public dog, friendly grill/pub and got into an altercation with another dog who was a lot smaller than Riot. Riot is a great Dane so almost every breed is a lot smaller than him..

I am not making any excuses his behavior was unexpected and had previously never been an issue. Riot’s owner Jocelyn has been fighting this civil case for over a year now. Last Tuesday the judge ruled in favor of the other party involved rightfully so consequences are a must to prevent occurrences. Jocelyn was found guilty had fines instated and Riot received the worst punishment you could imagine. He was initially court ordered to be removed from Denver city limits by End of Buisness day March 3rd of 2025. Signed and dated by the judge! Unfortunately this past Saturday six animal control officers came to Jocelyn and Riots residence and tore him away from his home before the date that was assigned by the judge. Now additional fines are being imposed by animal control for the same case! That’s double jeopardy! Riot Is Facing Euthanasia and we need your help to jail Break him before the end his life over a mistake. Jocelyn is the most amazing advocate for animals and Riot has been with her since he was just a pup. Please don’t let these people play god and end Riots life.
