【緊急】ガザの1000人に水を届けたい！

こんにちは、ガザに住むサリーム・ゾオロブと申します。私は現在、ラファ郊外のマワシにある農業用のビニールハウスで175世帯以上の家族と共に暮らしています。

私はボランティアとともに、マワシに住む避難家族が基本的な生活を送るための支援を行っており、先日水道管を敷設しました。

最も近い水源までは2.7キロも歩かなければならないため、この水道管は非常に重要な役割を果たしています。しかし、送水ポンプを動かすための電力が不足しているため、送水管を通して水を供給することができません。

給水ポンプの電力確保は一刻を争います。イスラエルのラファ侵攻の決定により、この水源に頼る避難民の数は日々増加しており、マワシを含む郊外へとガザの人々は追いやられています。清潔な水がなければ、感染症は蔓延し続けてしまいます。そこで私は、給水ポンプを動かすためのソーラーパネルを早急に購入し、設置するために、皆さんに寄付を緊急に呼びかけます。この給水ポンプは、マワシの避難民約1,000人に供給される予定ですが、この数は今後数日、数週間で増加する可能性があります。

必要な費用は、ガザでお金を引き出すための手数料526米ドルに加え、ソーラーパネルを購入するための3507ドルです。そして、修理や交換部品などの追加費用が必要になった場合の保険料としての約1000ドル、合計5000ドルの寄付を募らせていただきます。

この資金は、東京にいる私の友人によって集められ、アメリカの銀行口座を経由して、ガザにいる私に送金されます。

Hi, my name is Salim Zorob from Gaza. I currently live with more than 175 families in an agricultural greenhouse in Mawasi on the outskirts of Rafah (near Well 22).

I work with volunteers providing basic life sustaining measures for the displaced families living in Mawasi. Recently, we have extended water lines to Mawasi.

These lines are critical because the closest source of water requires us to walk 2.7 kilometers. However, we do not have electricity to power the water pump and provide water through the lines.

Securing a power supply for the water pump is urgent. The number of displaced people that will depend on this water source is increasing daily due to Israel's decision to invade Rafah, which is pushing people to the outskirts including Mawasi. In the absence of a clean water source, infectious diseases will continue to spread. I am therefore making this urgent appeal for donations so that we can purchase and install solar panels to power the water pump as soon as possible. The water pump will serve approximately 1,000 displaced people in Mawasi, though this number is likely to increase in the coming days and weeks.

The amount we need is $3507 USD to purchase the solar panels, in addition to a $526 fee for withdrawing the money in Gaza. I am asking for $5000, which includes approximately $1,000 in insurance should we need to cover any additional expenses, such as repairs, replacement parts, etc.

The funds are collected by my friends in Tokyo, Japan, and will be wired via a U.S. bank account to me in Gaza.
