URGENT - PLEASE HELP MY BROTHER, TIM!

Hi everyone, this is Lisa, Tim’s sister.

Tim has agreed to allow me to take over for now after watching a video of himself having Grand Mal seizures 2 and 3 this set out of many (you can see it below, but WARNING for those who know him, it’s very brutal to watch), because he realized he’s clearly not in control of his seizure issue and it has literally become a matter of life or death.

Tim had been having very bad seizures at home while trying to stop a prescribed medication that was debilitating him, so I permanently relocated him back home to L.A. after he spent a week in the local neural unit in Chicago and he is currently on a new anti-seizure medication. He is doing ok now, but his new medication has to be withdrawn over time and medically supervised to prevent death. All this has severely impacted him financially.

I’m sure Tim will recover the ball, but while he focuses on recovery, his current life will continue to fall away leaving him with nothing. All of this has him very stressed out and he continues to talk about how he needs to get back in the mix, but we’re only allowing a very limited amount of that for now. His life comes first, that’s it.

My goal is to enable him to hit the ground running in his new life here in California (secure an apartment, car, etc hopefully w/a little it of buffer for miscellaneous expenses) and get back to living after his treatment is successful, so anything at all you can donate would be much appreciated!

As a side note, I want to acknowledge that I know there was a GoFundMe a while back when he had his first set of Grand Mal seizures last year and the expenses were off the charts. THANK YOU! I’m uneasy about asking again on his behalf, but I’m going to do whatever I can to save my big brother who helped raised me and means the world to me (under proper medical supervision this time) who I’m sure you know as a great human being who is always focused on helping others.
