Baby Girls ashes and medical bill

My friends, more like family, Jayden and Jaide, are homeless, and their 2 1/2-year-old fur baby, Baby Girl, got hit by a car Saturday night. The person who hit her (a white truck, license plate number and model unknown, driving on Rd 426 past the Oakhurst Community College and Camarena Health at about 6:30 pm Saturday the 23rd) didn't even stop to help; they cruelly drove off, leaving her there. We tried taking her to a vet in Fresno, Blue Pearl Animal Hospital, but they refused to even look at her. They wouldn't even put her in a room or help her at all unless we could come up with $500 upfront right then and there at the door. Unfortunately, neither they nor I have the money; even pooling all our money together, we had about $40. The vet also said that they would probably need at least another $1,500 to run all the diagnostic tests she needs. After that, she will probably need surgery, and if all that goes well, medications and medical supplies, which will cost even more. After calling a few more emergency vets, all with similar responses and varying prices, and trying to sign up for a few different kinds of credit care and being approved for one that none of the emergency vets would take, and being told to wait 7 to 10 business days to be approved on the one that they would, when that clearly would be way too late, my friends had no choice but to bring Baby Girl home and try to keep her comfortable until the local vet, Animal Hospital of the Sierra in Oakhurst, CA, finally opens up tomorrow, Monday morning. The vet we took her to in Fresno considered her to be in critical condition. I've heard from multiple people that the Animal Hospital of the Sierra is more willing to work with my friends than most and might even give us a free emergency consultation and, given our situation, might be willing to take a payment plan. I know, judging by all the online research and quotes from different vets we've talked to, that this is still gonna be pretty expensive, and worst-case scenario, they might not even be able to help, but she is worth fighting for. She has held on for over 36 hours, and she is fighting to survive, fighting to stay with her parents who love her so much. Baby Girl hasn't been able to walk at all since being hit. We believe she had a seizure, possibly two, yesterday, which isn't good, we know. However, she still seems to look at you when you call her name. She has been able to drink water with some help. We think she's been trying to get up, but she has not been able to. We don't know if this is due to broken bones or if it's just too painful. However, we can tell that she has feeling. She has had 2 bowel movements; we did not see any blood, but she wasn't able to get up and go. She seems to be in a lot of pain; we think something is wrong with her pelvis and her head. Right after she got hit, we noticed blood on the side of her mouth; however, we do not know if it was from the pavement or an injury in her mouth. She is definitely in a lot of pain. We don't know what to do; we want to help her, but we don't want to do the wrong thing and let her be hurt. Someone mentioned letting animal control take her, but her parents won't abandon her. It's been 24 hours; she hasn't gotten any better but doesn't seem too much worse. Baby Girl is a very special dog; she's so sweet and loving and caring. She does not deserve to be in this much pain. It's killing me, her mom, and her dad that we can't help her and that we're having to wait this long just to get her any kind of medical attention. It's so frustrating that we can't find anyone to work with us to help this poor sweet baby. All we can do is pray that she makes it to the morning and that they will give us a chance at this vet and help her. We're begging anyone who can help to please help this sweet baby dog. Please help us get enough money to help her. She is in a lot of pain, and it's serious, and there's a chance she won't make it, but she's a fighter and is very loved by any and everyone who knows her. I thank you for taking the time to listen and for any and all donations anyone makes. Please help us help Baby Girl; she's a very good girl, and she doesn't deserve this. Also, if anyone knows of anyone who may be able to help us or any programs or vets who will work with us, I'd really appreciate it. Please share; everyone help my friends save their fur baby and me, my fur niece. Baby Girl is a little golden Chi mix; she weighs about 10 pounds and brings love and comfort everywhere she goes. She always seems to sense when someone's hurting or sad or needs love. She's not just a dog; she's a beloved and irreplaceable member of the family. Seeing her like this is breaking all of our hearts. Now Baby Girl's hurt, and she needs love and medical care. Seeing her in this much pain is unbearable. Her mom and dad are absolutely distraught and beside themselves that they're unable to afford to get her the help she so desperately needs. All of us would do anything to save her. The only reason I'm posting instead of them is they have been busy caring for her. I've known Baby Girl since she was 6 weeks old. I'm her auntie and love her also with all my heart. I'm not one to ask for handouts; I've never started a GoFundMe before, neither have her owners, and we wouldn't be if it wasn't an emergency. If there was any other way to help, if there was any way we could earn the money in time, we would do it. Just please, please, please, someone help!!!!!
Update baby girls back was broken however we would still like to get her ashes and need to pay her vet bill.
