Aunque ya no vivirá allí, el contrato sigue vigente hasta junio y está únicamente a mi nombre, por lo que toda la responsabilidad legal y financiera recae sobre mí, a pesar de que yo no vivo en ese apartamento. </span>

No cuento con la capacidad económica para asumir este gasto de manera inmediata —no por falta de trabajo o mala administración, sino porque es un gasto que no me corresponde y que nunca estuvo dentro de mi presupuesto.</span>

<div>Hello, my name is Valeria.

I am going through a very difficult situation. I rented an apartment in my name, not to live in it, but as a favor, done with the best intentions, since the person living there did not have the necessary documents to rent on their own. I never imagined that this person would leave in this way, knowing that doing so could cause me financial harm. My only intention was to help and provide stability for my child.

There was an accumulated debt from previous months that, with great effort, has already been paid. However, recently this person decided to move out and left the rent for the month of January unpaid. Even though they will no longer be living there, the lease remains active until June and is solely under my name, which means all legal and financial responsibility falls on me, even though I do not live in the apartment.

This situation has placed me in a very vulnerable position, as I now have to cover the month of January while trying to gather as much as possible to either cancel the lease or, hopefully, find someone to rent the apartment before February 1st. I do not have the financial ability to take on this expense immediately—not due to lack of work or poor financial management, but because it is a cost that does not belong to me and was never part of my budget.

I am seeking to raise between $2,500 and $3,000 to cover the unpaid month and give myself time to handle this situation responsibly, protecting my stability and that of my child.
