<div>As winter approaches, we’re adjusting our fundraising goal to make sure our most vulnerable rescues are safe, warm, and healthy during the harshest months of the year.

<div>Winter is especially hard on special-needs animals — babies, the elderly, the immunocompromised, and those recovering from trauma or illness. Their bodies struggle to maintain temperature, and even a small drop can become life-threatening.

<div>To protect them, we urgently need to stock and set up winter-specific essentials that go beyond our regular medical and care supplies:

<div>Both of our shelters are being evicted due to sudden landlord issues. This means our entire rescued family — including elderly dogs, trauma survivors, and animals with disabilities — is at risk of being left homeless.
