I never thought I’d be here asking strangers for help, but I have no choice. I urgently need to raise £3500 to cover both legal costs and the removal of a restriction on my home.

This restriction is blocking me from being able to remortgage my home something I urgently need to do to make my payments affordable and secure our future. Without removing it, I cannot move forward, and my children’s security is at risk.

My solicitor requires this payment upfront, in full, and I’ve tried every other option without success:

* Family and friends can’t help.

* Solicitor won’t allow deferral.

* I’m on Universal Credit and Child Benefit, and actively looking for work.

This fundraiser is my last hope.

I know there are sadly many scams online, but this is not a scam. This is a real and urgent situation.
