Make a house a home

My name is Laquesha Foster, I have a 2 yr old son and as a mother only wanted to provide home with a life I never had, a home that was consistent every year. A yard to ride a bike or have a kiddie pool! I lived in an apartment and I could remember trying to stop a 1 yr old from running through the house to not disturb down stairs neighbor’s. In March of 2024 I brought a home with money I saved and with zero knowledge of what I was doing. I trusted the process of being a first time home buyer and to say the least I have learned a valued lesson. My first problem started 1 month after I closed, broken pipe in the washer made some things back up ok I bought an old house my not knowing any better. Then the back up started to happen in my bathroom I had sewage in my tub and backing up from the floor of the toilet. Come to find out every pipe in the back yard has to be replaced 1200-1800k. Fast forward to November of 2024 I am still experiencing issues with my pipes estimated another several thousand, now my walls are molded behind my kitchen sink on around it my bathroom shower which is on the same wall as my stove. I have exported all saving trying to fix things after closing and keeping up with everything else in the household. I can’t afford my deductible to get it fixed through insurance! I am one month from LOSING MY HOME! I am one exhausted momma who needs a little help.
