<div>Cyndi is not only a single mom, grandmother, and survivor of a life-changing traumatic brain injury, she is also the primary caregiver and transportation for our 88-year-old mother. Every week, Cyndi makes sure Mom gets to her doctor’s appointments, the grocery store, and the pharmacy. Without her, Mom would lose access to the care and independence that allow her to live with dignity in her later years.
