<div>ich wende mich heute mit einem dringenden Hilferuf an euch und Sie. Mein Name ist Saleh Almabhouh, ich bin vor etwa neun Monaten in Berlin angekommen, nachdem ich mein Zuhause im Norden des Gazastreifens (Gaza Stadt) vor drei Jahren verlassen habe.

<div>In den letzten Wochen hat meine Familie, die sich noch in unserer Heimat aufhält, Unvorstellbares erlebt. Sie ist der Grund, warum ich mich mit diesem Aufruf an die Öffentlichkeit wende.

<div>Unser vierstöckiges Haus wurde bei einem israelischen Bombenangriff im November 2023 zerstört. Achtundzwanzig Familienmitglieder befanden sich darin, als die Bombe einschlug. Vier geliebte Mitglieder meiner Familie - mein Vater, meine Mutter, mein Bruder und meine Schwester - wurden bei dem Angriff getötet. Ebenso wurden der Ehemann meiner Schwester und ihre vier Kinder getötet. Insgesamt neun Mitglieder meiner Familie haben ihr Leben verloren.

<div>Es ist ein Wunder, dass neunzehn Familienmitglieder mit Verletzungen überlebt haben. Es sind: mein Bruder Muhammad, seine Frau Alaa und ihre vier Kinder, Roy, Lana, Moath und Lama, meine Schwester Walaa, ihr Ehemann Ramez und ihre fünf Kinder, Sarah, Maria, Jinan, Baraa und Fatima, meine Schwester Asmaa, ihr Ehemann Ahmed und drei ihrer Kinder, Muhammad, Tala und Waten sowie das kleine Baby meiner Nichte, Nana.

<div>Aber nur zu überleben reicht nicht aus. Meine Familie lebt unter extrem schwierigen Bedingungen: Sie haben keinen Zugang zu Nahrung, ausreichend Wasser, Gesundheitsversorgung oder Medikamenten. Sie haben kein Zuhause, und die Situation wird zunehmend gefährlicher, da es im Gazastreifen keine sicheren Zufluchtsorte gibt.

<div>Mein dringender Appell
</div>

<div>Meine Familie benötigt jede erdenkliche Hilfe. Jede Spende, die ihr bzw. Sie leisten können, wird geschätzt und macht einen Unterschied. Im Moment benötigen meine Familienmitglieder am dringendsten Lebensmittel und Hygieneartikel, deshalb freue ich mich und freut sich meine Familie auch über kleinere Spenden.

<div>Mittelfristig ist es jedoch mein Ziel, meine Familie zusammenzuführen, indem ich sie aus dem Gazastreifen befreie und hierher bringe. Dieses Vorhaben ist mit erheblichen Kosten verbunden. Jede Person muss 7.000 Euro zahlen, um die Grenze nach Ägypten zu überqueren. Eine beträchtliche Geldmenge ist deshalb erforderlich. Allein um alle nach Ägypten zu bringen, sind etwa 140.000 Euro nötig.

<div>Ich setze diese Spendenkampagne mit dem vorläufigen Ziel an, ein Viertel der erforderlichen Mittel zu sammeln, um von dort weiter zu planen. Mit eurer und Ihrer Hilfe kann ich diesem Zwischenziel näher kommen.

<div>I am reaching out to you today with an urgent plea for help. My name is Saleh Almabhouh, and I arrived in Berlin approximately nine months ago, having left my home in North Gaza (Gaza City) three years ago. In recent weeks, my family back home has experienced unimaginable horrors that have deeply shaken me and necessitated this appeal.

<div>Our four-story house was destroyed in an Israeli bombing raid in November 2023. Twenty-eight family members were inside when the bomb struck. Four beloved members of my family - my father, my mother, my brother, and my sister - were killed in this attack. Additionally, my sister's husband and their four children were also killed. In total, nine beloved individuals lost their lives.

<div>It is a miracle that nineteen family members survived with iunjuries: my brother Muhammad, his wife Alaa and their four children, Roy, Lana, Moath and Lama, my Sister Walaa, her husband Ramez and their five children, Sarah, Maria, Jinan, Baraa and Fatima, my sister Asmaa, her husband Ahmed and three of their children, Muhammad, Tala and waten as well as my niece's little baby, Nana.

<div>But just surviving is not enough, as my family is now suffering under very difficult conditions.

<div>They have no access to food, enough water, healthcare, or medication. They have no shelter, and the situation is becoming increasingly dangerous as there are no safe havens in Gaza.

<div>My urgent plea

<div>My family needs any help imaginable. Every donation you can make is appreciated and makes a difference. At the moment, they urgently need food and hygiene items, and I am appealing for support for these urgent needs.
</div>

<div>In the foreseeable future, my primary aspiration is to reunite my family by liberating them from the Gaza Strip and bringing them here. However, this endeavor comes with significant costs. Each individual must pay 7,000 Euros to cross the border into Egypt, making it clear that a substantial amount of money is necessary to ensure the safety of my entire family. To merely transport them to Egypt, approximately 140,000 Euros are required. At present, I am initiating this donation campaign with the aim of raising a quarter of the necessary funds as an interim goal. Therefore, I am earnestly reaching out to you, humbly requesting whatever contribution you can provide.
