<div>Insurance is refusing to pay anything, citing it was flood damage and they do not have flood insurance. They will be paying out of pocket, $50k or more.

<div>With 5 kids, ages ranging from 3 to 18, and 3 adults (including the grandmother), <strong>this is not something that can sit around and wait to be fixed</strong>. Their house could still give in or suffer even more damage.
