<div>THE CRISIS: UNLAWFUL DETENTION IS BREAKING OUR COMMUNITY
</div>
<div>Every day, unlawful and discriminatory ICE detention practices rip honest, working breadwinners from their families.
</div>
<div>73% of those detained have NO criminal convictions. They are being held merely for their status, and the cost is the destruction of their families' financial and emotional stability.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The Double Trauma: Detention means an impossible legal fight without counsel, and despair for the families left behind—plunged into fear, financial ruin, and the threat of homelessness.
</div>
<div>This is a humanitarian crisis unfolding in our backyard. We cannot stand by.
