Lou is 1 week post op. A good friend was kind enough to pay his vet bill on 02/13 so he could have his emergency surgery. She said his life! But of course we have to pay her back. At this time we still need your help ❤️. We have received some donations through GoFundMe and on other platforms. We are truly grateful for the help we have received. Lou will be going to physical therapy and will need to be in a wheelchair until he’s backed able to walk.

Louie is being admitted to the hospital today and will have to stay overnight to receive emergency surgery in the morning!

In December2024, Lou was incorrectly diagnosed with hip dysplasia.

This Morning he couldn’t use his back legs what so ever. So we drove 2 hours to a specialist hospital and they said he doesn’t have hip dysplasia, he has a spinal injury and he spine is deteriorating and will need emergency surgery.

If we don’t get the surgery his spine will rapidly deteriorate and he will need to be put to sleep.

I can’t lose him, so I am asking help. In order to take him tonight they need a deposit of $4,500 just to hold him overnight and do the MRI.

And in order to do emergency surgery tomorrow they would need the remaining balance to complete the total balance of $8,500
