Urgent Help for Fostoria's Stray Cats
Donation protected
We are facilitating a mass trapping effort for approximately 30 cats at The Pointe at E Tiffin st Fostoria Ohio . The cats include pregnant cats, newborn kittens, and even a cat missing an eye. In order to support our goal to get these cats generally vetted,TNR (Trap-Neuter-
Release , into rescues, and getting extensive/personalized vetting needed, we need the funds! Please consider donating to help break the cycle with this colony
I have a neighbor who is always complaining about those of us of feed community cats. I explained to another concerned neighbor that we don’t just feed, we TNR and place those that are adoptable into reputable programs to find their forever homes. I provide wet food and pick up what’s left and leave out kibble throughout the day.
I shared how helping them is doing more good than harm. I rather have them eat the food that is given, versus having them prey on smaller animals, raid trash cans, multiply, and potentially spread sickness/disease.
Just had to express my frustration to a community who understands why we do what we do. Thank you for reading “listening” to my rant for today.
