Urgent help for critically ill person and his wife

My wife and I opened this fundraising page for a great friends of ours- a young couple who's having a critically hard time right now and need all the help they can get. The husband- Moishe is 31 years old who's suffering from a rare and aggressive form of autoimmune disease, effecting most of his body. Lately he's been diagnosed with a rare condition in the stomach, which usually treated by operation, but can't be done with him due to he's complex medically, as explained above. (specific details were marked out to respect his privacy, and more info can be obtained by request.). Right now, he's admitted in surgical ICU in very difficult condition, with constant pain with no relief as he's body doesn't respond to pain medications. But yet, after all, he's very highly spirited, gave chizuk to Many people and so thankful to ha Shem for every minute of every day that he has the ability to gift away stories of ha shem's miracles and grace. All who knows him gets inspired by his strength and will of power to live, against all odds. His wife is with him 24/7, making sure to take care of all of his needs, while trying to find a thread of hope for cure or even just a little relief for her suffering and ill husband, hiding her brokenhearted face from him every time the doctor comes with hopeless news. And although their lives been difficult and challenging, they've helped so many people... and now, in the times of desperate need, after they've emptied the account on every chance of hope they got, to the point where they can't even pay their rent, bills and health essentials now, we decided to help them, so they have one less thing to think and take care of.
