Hi! Im transmasc grad student studying engineering. Im in a pretty bad housing situation. My ceiling began leaking nearly 2 months ago. Due to my landlord's neglect, a panel has collapsed and created a pretty huge mess, attracting pests and ruining some of my belongings. I have been struggling to get my landlord to do anything about this or any other issues that I have ran into during my time here. This has caused a great deal of mental and financial strain. Due to the water damage, I am also concerned about mold. I am hoping to raise funds to assist with finding safe housing for me and my cat.

Thank you for reading.
