<div>My name is Thekrayat Afana, a mother of eight children, and I am writing this from the heart of destruction in Gaza.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are now homeless.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Our home was completely destroyed during the ongoing war. My husband is severely ill and unable to move, and I am doing my best to protect and care for our children while we live with no shelter, no food, and no safety.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Every night, my children cry from fear and hunger. We have lost everything — our home, our memories, our safety, and our hope..
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are not just statistics. We are a family, like yours. We dreamt of a normal life, of peace, of raising our children in safety. But now, we are begging for the basic right to survive.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We need urgent help for shelter, food, medical care, and to rebuild even a small corner to feel human again.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your support — no matter how small — can bring back warmth to my children’s lives.
</div>
<div>Please, be their light in this darkness.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>From one human to another — please help us survive..
</div>
