Help us to complete our life after leaving Gaza

Donation protected
Hi everyone.  I wanted to thank everyone for their support.

Hello everyone

Hello my friends. We, Aya and Sally, are Palestinian doctors who have been friends since childhood. We grew up together and went to the same school together. We graduated from school with one of our dreams being dentistry. We traveled abroad together and studied dentistry in Egypt. After we graduated, we returned to our homeland, Palestine, and our city, Gaza. We worked together in a clinic, and we were very happy. We were very happy. Always together at all times, at work and after work, and we were very passionate, we decided to travel to specialize and complete our educational journey in Germany. We started learning the language, but our dream was not completed. The Gaza war came and took everything from us. He took our home, our clinic, our dreams, everything. They have been displaced more than once due to constant bombing. Right now, my friend Sally is
stranded at Rafah because we couldn't afford the fees to leave Gaza and make it to Egypt. It feels like everything is falling apart for us. We're struggling to just live our lives. We want your help and support to survive the war. There is no other solution to survive the war and restore our dreams and ambitions.

Hello everyone,

My name is Aya, and I want to share my story with all of you. Ever since I was young, it has been my dream to become a dentist. I pursued my dream by studying dentistry in Egypt, and upon completion, I returned to my hometown of Gaza to serve my people. I established a beautiful clinic, and everything seemed perfect until October 7th, when everything was destroyed. I lost everything I had worked so hard for.

Now, after enduring five months of war in Gaza, I find myself in Egypt. However, working here is not an option due to restrictions. Thus, my plan B is to continue my education and work in Germany. But the costs associated with this endeavor are substantial.
I am currently studying German courses online through YouTube to save money for the required exams. Each exam costs $300, and I need to pass at least two of them. Additionally, when I apply for the visa, I need $10,000 in a closed account as proof of funds. The $10,000 includes the exam costs I have to pay, which are $1,000 each, as well as living expenses of $1,000 per month, covering everything."

I understand that many of you have already helped us immensely throughout our journey, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. However, I find myself in a situation where I cannot see any other way to fulfill my life's dream.

Your support, no matter how big or small, will make a significant difference in helping me achieve my goal of becoming a dentist in Germany. Every contribution will bring me one step closer to making my dream a reality.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story, and thank you in advance for your generosity and support.
With gratitude,
Aya

Update 08.03.2024

Hello everyone,
we are really struggling here in Egypt. I‘m trying to work in Egypt but the salary I'm earning is so low, less than $100 a
month. It's just not enough. We're paying $500 for rent alone, and another $300 for living costs. We're at a loss for what to do next. It feels like we're drowning in expenses, with no lifeline in sight

The recent conflict has left us with almost nothing, and the funds we have barely cover our basic living expenses here in Egypt. Your support would mean the world to me and would help me turn my dream into a reality. Every contribution, no matter how small, brings me one step closer to achieving my goals.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for considering supporting me on this journey.
With sincerest gratitude,
Ayah,Ahmad and Fayez

update 20.02.2024
Aya, Ahmed, and Fayez Made It!
I've got some news that's a real mix of emotions for me. Aya, Ahmed, and Fayez have finally made it safely to Egypt. I can't even begin to tell you how thankful I am for everyone who chipped in to help get them out of Gaza.

It wasn't easy. Each person cost $5250, and altogether, it added up to over $20,000. That's a lot of money, especially considering we lost our home in the chaos. But despite everything, your generosity has given us hope that we can start over again.

I just want to say a massive thank you to each and every one of you. Your kindness has made all the difference, and we'll never forget it.

With heartfelt Thanx

Update 14.02.2024
My heart feels heavy as I share this update about my family. They remain in Rafah, clinging to their tent amidst relentless bombings. Each passing day plunges them deeper into uncertainty and fear. Despite the escalating danger, they're unable to flee to safety elsewhere. It's a constant struggle, and we're at a loss for what to do. All I can pray for is an end to this merciless war, or for the chance for them to escape Gaza soon.

update 30.01.2024
Today, my eldest brother emotionally navigated his departure from the hospital towards Rafah. The experience was devastating, surrounded by numerous injuries and lifeless bodies. In the morning, he struggled to find shelter, spending the entire night searching for assistance. I'm unaware of his current situation, as there has been no communication since yesterday. My other two siblings are currently residing in a separate tent with friends, although it is situated some distance away from where my brother is located.

update 24/01/2024
Today marks 110 days of war in Gaza, and the situation is devastating. My sister is currently seeking refuge with her friendin Rafah , and my brother is staying with a friend in Rafah . My other brother is confined to Nasser Hospital, unable to leave because of gunfire targeting everything outside. The emotions are overwhelming as our family faces these harrowing circumstances . I hope tahat they can leave Gaza and stay in a safer place as soon as Possible

Hello everyone,
My name is Samar Abujami .I am reaching out to you in a desperate plea for help. Until October 7th, my family,my sister and two brothers ) was living a peaceful and happy life in Gaza. However, the onset of the war in Gaza has turned our world upside down, leaving them in a state of utter despair.
As a result of the war , we have lost everything – our home, our belongings, and even our basic necessities. The situation in Gaza has deteriorated rapidly, leaving them without electricity, water, and proper food supplies.

My sister Aya, who dedicated years to studying dentistry, was eagerly anticipating the start of her career in Gaza. However, her dreams were shattered when the clinic where she worked was lost in the midst of turmoil. Now, she faces a daunting uncertainty about her future.

Similarly, my brother Ahmed, currently in his second year of computer science, is struggling to come to terms with the loss of his university and the realization that the dreams he once held dear have been abruptly extinguished.

Additionally, my other brother Fayez, who earned a master's degree in law, finds himself unable to practice his chosen profession amidst the chaos of war.

The current situation of my family :
They forced to leave our home (which is now destroyed )under fire with anything with them except their passport and some clothes .
The whole area where they live was destroyed
they are now struggling for our most basic needs .My two brothers, and my sister , are currently living in a one-meter tent without the basic necessities of life.

I am reaching out to you, dear friends, with a humble request for support. We urgently need to raise $7,000 per person to evacuate my family from Gaza and seek safety elsewhere. This amount will cover transportation costs, temporary shelter, and provide us with the means to start anew.

The expences of travel mean:
• Expenses of leaving Gaza .the people in Gaza have been asked tp pay 7000 dollars per person to be allowed to leave Gaza .
• The stay in Egypt for 4 bis 8 weeks waiting for paper work for visa when this is suitable for them . we are trying to bring them in geramny as an inveitation letter .
• Flight tickits for 3 persons cost minimum 600 dollar per person
• Their stay in Egypt in a safer place than gaza means :
• Rent (800 dollar per month)
• Furniture
• Clothes as they have nothing now with them
• Food
• Insurance
• Living cost
We have exhausted all our resources and attempted to collect our savings to escape Gaza, but it is simply not enough. The cost of leaving, including transportation and essential needs, is beyond our reach.

I understand that times are tough for everyone, but any contribution, no matter how small, can make a significant impact on our lives. Your support will not only help us escape the ongoing genocide in Gaza but will also give my family a chance to rebuild our lives and find stability. Your generosity and kindness can make a world of difference for my family in this time of crisis.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for considering and supporting our cause.

With gratitude,
Samar Abujami and her family
