Urgent Evacuation for Elderly Parents with Chronic Illnesses

The Situation
I am writing on behalf of our family. We have two parents in danger and we are running out of time.
Our father is Levantine. Our mother is Latin American. They are elderly and both managing serious chronic health conditions that require regular medical supervision. Where they are now is a conflict affected area in the Gulf region that care is no longer possible. The situation on the ground has made it impossible for them to manage their health safely.
Staying means their conditions will continue to decline. We cannot let that happen.
We have a plan to evacuate them to a safe location where they can finally see doctors again and get the medical attention they need. But this is an urgent, time-sensitive operation that comes with significant costs.
