Timo is my 6 year old male kitty that unfortunately developed a urinary obstruction on Dec. 20th. He was catheterized and unblocked, but upon removal of the catheter his urethra became blocked again. Because of this I had to make the difficult decision to have surgery done to reroute his urethra and remove the narrowest portion of his urethra. This was to ensure that he will not become blocked again, as he has a long history of urinary complications. He came home after a 9 day hospital stay and subsequently developed a fever due to severe UTI that was missed while he was in the vet's care, because of this he returned to the hospital today, Dec. 30th. When I brought him to the vet I was anticipating a large bill, but this has eacalated further than I ever imagined, leading me to place his bills on credit cards. I'm asking only for the cost of the care he's received in the last 11 days, and for the cost of his current care. Any donation is immensely appreciated. I love this cat more than anything and it will break my heart if I'm unable to continue providing for him.
