<div>Just three weeks ago, we welcomed a beautiful new baby girl into the world at 35 weeks—a moment meant to be filled with love, healing, and new beginnings. But shortly after giving birth, the new mother was diagnosed with Peripartum Cardiomyopathy (PPCM)—a rare and serious heart condition that can develop in the final weeks of pregnancy or in the months following delivery.

<div>In her case, the disease progressed rapidly and unexpectedly. Her heart’s ability to pump blood has dropped to dangerously low levels, and she is now in advanced heart failure. Doctors are doing everything they can, but her condition is critical. She is being closely monitored in intensive care and may need a heart transplant if her heart does not begin to recover soon.

<div>She is not only a new mother—she is a fighter. But this battle is overwhelming, and it’s one no one should have to face alone.
