I am in need of help due to several health conditions that have gotten worse, along with a few new health issues, as I await for Disability which my Dr recommended I apply for.

Many may know that for years I had a cleaning business with many clients. Over the past 3 years my health has been diminishing. Three years ago I had about 30 clients, each of th3 pastb2 years I've had to drop clients as it had gotten harder for me to clean on my own. I went from.32 clients to the following year to 15. This past year I went from 15 to 5. I found myself exhausted every day to the point of having to be on my knees on steps to gather cleaning supplies to get them into my car.

I was done cleaning by September of last year beause my body was hurting and exhausted.

I started working at LL Bean in November and seemed to be doing well, until January.

By the middle of January I was suddenly having blurry vision, feeling like I was going to pass out, my right leg giving out for no reason with no pain, chest pains and the onset of massive Migraines daily, and falling asleep out of nowhere.

This ended up prohibiting me from work, as these symptoms would just hit me out of nowhere, even to the point of not daring to drive because I am afraid I will pass out.

My last day of work was January 20th.

My health issues are adding up.

Newly are high kidney results, that may be a kidney disease. I'm currently still undergoing testing to see the seriousness.

Also have MASH which is non alcoholic liver disease. I am being tested for heart issues and still need to have a brain scan.

I have difficulty functioning on a daily basis and find myself exhausted just after I feed my cats and take a shower. This is when I randomly fall asleep. I have a lot of pain in my kidney areas that is not kidney stones. I only drive when I have a Dr appointment or tests. I'm finding it hard to even do my laundry, as I have to go to laundromat and I physically am unable to load my laundry into my car.

I struggle with these new issues on top of my other health issues I've had for years but are also getting worse. Chronic Lyme Disease, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Bradycardia , Insomnia and more.

I have pushed myself for years to work as much as I can, often 7 days a week when cleaning and 46 hour weeks at LL Bean.

I've had no choice but to work through the pain in the last six years since my divorce and being on my single income.

Now my body is just giving out on me and there is no more push.

I deal daily with pain and have a high pain tolerance. Sometimes it's my legs and hips that hurt so bad I can barely walk. Sometimes it's my ankles giving out, or my leg giving out, causing me to fall and get bruises. Other days it's the migraines.

I am srruggling financially with no income until my disability gets approved.

I need to be able to make my car and insurance payments so I can get back and forth to appointments, keep a roof over my head and keep my cell phone on. I have just a few weeks to come up with March rent, and my car payment is already 2 weeks past due.

So many have done so much for me and my family over the past few years when my Dad's boat sank, both of my parents passing and helping me to get into the apartment I'm in now. I appreciate more than words can say, all of you.
