<div>As-salamu Alaikum, dear friends and kind-hearted souls,
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Jameelah Anoorah Thomas, and I find myself reaching out in a time of profound hardship and vulnerability. My daughters and I have been displaced from our home since September 27, 2024, leaving us in an unlivable environment plagued by mold and other severe issues. Despite the urgency, our landlord has yet to address these health and safety concerns, making it impossible for us to return. We have been holding on, relying on dwindling savings to get by, but we are now running out of funds and need your support to make a fresh start somewhere safe.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I’ve never been one to ask for help publicly, but I am at a crossroads with nowhere else to turn. With the funds raised, we will be able to secure a new apartment, cover the first month’s rent and security deposit, and afford the moving expenses needed to escape this hazardous situation. This move is not just essential for our physical well-being, but for our peace of mind and dignity.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Your generosity, whether in the form of a donation or a share of our story, will help us immensely during this challenging time. I pray that Allah rewards your kindness with endless blessings and ease in your own lives. Any support, no matter the amount, will make a difference and be received with the deepest gratitude from my family and me.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Jazakum Allahu Khairan (May Allah reward you with good), and may your compassion be a light in our time of darkness.
</div>
