My name is Owen Osayande, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart on behalf of my dear friend and brother, Adeniyi Kalejaiye, who is currently fighting for his life in Nigeria.

Adeniyi is a kind, humble, and brilliant young man with so much life ahead of him. But right now, his future is uncertain. He has been diagnosed with End-Stage Kidney Disease and urgently needs a kidney transplant to survive. Every day that passes without this procedure puts his life at greater risk.

His Story

A few months ago, Adeniyi began experiencing severe fatigue, swelling, and difficulty breathing. After countless hospital visits and tests, doctors confirmed the devastating diagnosis. He is currently undergoing regular dialysis, which is not only physically draining but also incredibly expensive. The only long-term solution is a kidney transplant, and time is running out.

The total cost of his treatment — including transplant surgery, pre- and post-op care, medications, and hospital bills — is estimated at USD 20,000. For Adeniyi and his family, this amount is impossible to raise alone.
