<div>The Nyame Yie Foundation, founded by Rev. Paul Asare, provides care for about 100 children, housed in a single compound without adequate space for usual daily activities including self-care, school/educational tasks, cooking, and sleeping environments. The facility currently has two sleeping rooms, which is not suitable for proper accommodation.

<div>Rev. Paul Asare indicated all the household; meaning him, along with all the children, would occasionally sleep in the open-air veranda of the compound. There are two sleeping rooms currently in the facility. The facility lacks a full kitchen; there is no refrigeration or freezers to maintain food, no safe drinking water, no teachers, just a cook with occasional volunteers in the kitchen. The home needs to purchase water for safe drinking and cooking daily.

<div>LynneX Ventures engaged in an extensive dialogue between the founders and leaders of the community, highlighting pressing challenges within the facility and community, from limited funding to inadequate educational resources, with the most urgent priority to attain clean water for the orphanage. The facility has a borehole which is significantly contaminated without any source of filtration, and is only used for toileting and hand washing of clothes.
