Searching for Willis Derendoff

Willis has been missing for almost 5 months now. He went missing on November 10, 2020.

Willis mom Gladys is still in Fairbanks and plans to stay until she's able to take him home. Willis dad Bill, stayed in Fairbanks for several weeks searching for many hours each day .  Reluctantly he went home with the intention of going back to Fairbanks in the spring to continue searching.

We are asking our communities helping in raising funds to support our Family as they are planning to fly back to Fairbanks from the village for our spring search. We are hoping to raise funds to off set the costs of airlines tickets and their housing needs while in Fairbanks to search.  The cost of a hotel room is expensive so the goals is to obtain a place with a kitchen so family can cook their own meals to save money.

With the snow melting soon in Fairbanks we are planning the spring search to happen in a few weeks.


We appreciate all the support this far and it surly doesn’t go unnoticed. We are thankful to have such amazing people in our community.
