get out of domestic abuse situation

I've been married for almost 31 yrs, but my husband is a raging alcoholic who has become abusive. I have an adult daughter with schizo-affective disorder that I take care of, who is currently in the hospital. Our lease is up May 31, and we can't extend. We need to separate, and I have nowhere to go, no job, and no money for a new place (it's REALLY expensive up here) and did I mention that I broke my foot in November and it still isn't healed?  I used to be a dance and acting teacher.
I would like to get out of MA and head south and start over again.
