Rebuilding After Hurricane Harvey

I am LaKresha (Kree) Norton and I live in Dickinson, TX. Hurricane Harvey hit Houston drastically! I've heard from neighbors that it has never flooded in our neighborhood. Well 2017 says differently. My garage apartment was damaged by the storm, taking in about four feet of water. Everything is practically gone, including clothing, my medical bed, power wheelchair, and medical supplies. Anything you can give is greatly appreciated.

The following are things lost and will need to be repaired/replaced:
-Walls reconstructed and painted
-Flooring replaced
-Plumbing repairs
-A/C replacement
-Medical bed
-Medical supplies (PICC line dressings, diapers, pads, etc.)
-Power chair
-Clothing
-Furniture
-Next door garage storage

Our immediate needs for restoring my garage apartment from flood damage is $13,000, but our total need for loss due to no flood insurance will average about $37,000. The main house also experienced loss from the hurricane's floodwaters.

Repairs to the main house includes:
-Wheelchair ramp
-Foundation repair
-Roof repair
-Wash room & workshop repair
-Carpet and wood replacement
