Rebbetzin Dvorki & Rabbi Uriel Rivkin are two of the most wonderful people. They unconditionally open their entire life, family and doors of their home to everybody and welcome every human being regardless of their level of affiliation and/or religious views. Rebbetzin Dvorki & Rabbi Uriel Rivkin are the HEART AND SOUL of our Jewish Community and make sure to always go above and beyond for ANYBODY who comes across their footsteps. NOW is the time for US as a COMMUNITY to help the community as the Synagogue is in need of a New Air Conditioner, which as we all know is not cheap.
Altogether, the community and the Rivkin Family is like family! They take their time and effort to always help us celebrate our Jewish Holidays, Family Events, Bris, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Weddings, Births and any other event, they are always there for us! They bring all of us together and make us feel at home, ALWAYS!
Rebbetzin Dvorki & Rabbi Uriel Rivkin built a synagogue for us, the Jewish Community. It was built for the Jewish people to have a place to gather for special events. Young Israel of Tampa is our place, place of our families to spend together during Holidays and All Events.
Because of their kindness and efforts, the community has grown so much over the years and continues to successfully grow and attract many many people from many areas, not only locally but from other states & even countries.
The synagogue is now in need to improve their Air Conditioning System inside the Synagogue because the current one is not sufficient enough. This is crucial and needed in order for the community to enjoy a comfortable environment and Air Conditioning during events and visits to the NORMAN JEWISH LIBRARY.
