Up With People Canada

Through a grass roots effort lead by Canadian alumni, Up With People (UWP) is returning to Canada after an 18 year absence.

Up With People Canada Inc. is an independent not-for-profit organization, supported by the International parent organization based in Denver, CO.

The Up With People mission is to build bridges of communication and understanding amongst different peoples, cultures and races of the world. For more than 50 years, Canada has played a leading role in the mission of UWP. Now more than ever, we need greater Canadian participation the UWP program.

Funds that are generated will stay in Canada to support Canadian based initiatives.

Donations will be used to sponsor Canadians to participate in the UWP programs including UWP Jr Camp, UWP Camp, and the 6 to 12 month Cast Tours. As well, bringing a cast of UWP to Canada for a week-long city program of community involvement and youth leadership, ending with the acclaimed 2 hour show highlighting key messages through music on issues facing our communities (mental health, bullying, suicide to name a few themes).

Donations at this time will be exempt from receiving a tax receipt.
