Ukraine Refugee/IDP & Orphan Visit

Ukraine is calling. Will you help send me?

I will be in Ukraine May 28 - June 5, 2016.

Last year, I spent time in the warzone encouraging the Church. They were in a time of despearte hope.

This year, I will be visting refugee programs and partnership projects. I will also be visiting orphan transition homes and making my annual visit to the orphanage in Samgorodok, Ukraine.

During my trip I will:

- Visit Refugee & IDP (internally displaced people) projects to see the needs and encourage these families.

- Visit the Vinnytsia region  to see some partner Orphan Transition Center. I will also visit with the children from the 2013 tour of Old Russian Shoemaker. This will be a particuarly DIFFICULT visit because this month, one of the children passed away from bacterial menegitis. I will pay honor to her memory and encouarge the children.

- Meet with the boys and house parents from our transition home House of Grace.

- Visit various partners to discuss future partnership opportunities to expand orphan care in Ukraine.
