Ende letzten Jahres, kurz vor Weihnachten, ist unser Nachbar Lorenzo Tarantino gestorben, plötzlich und unerwartet. Wenn ein Familienvater mitten aus dem Leben gerissen wird, dann ist das immer ein Drama.
So auch hier: Lorenzo hinterlässt eine Familie mit 6 Kindern. Sie wären alle noch in in einer oder anderen Weise auf die Unterstützung ihres Vaters angewiesen gewesen.
Die älteste Tochter hat vierjährige Zwillinge. Die Söhne sind noch in der Ausbildung oder studieren. Die jüngste Tochter steht kurz vor ihrem Schulabschluss.
Seine Witwe Gina, mit der Lorenzo 33 Jahre verheiratet war, ist plötzlich auf sich allein gestellt und muss sich um alle Angelegenheiten der großen Familie kümmern.
Dazu kommt, dass das Haus der Familie noch nicht abbezahlt ist und dadurch jetzt die finanziellen Belastungen der Familie sehr zu schaffen machen.
Etwa 70000 € Schulden soll Gina bedienen, dabei reicht die Witwenrente nicht einmal für die regelmäßigen monatlichen Ausgaben. Das bedeutet den Ruin.
Gina und Lorenzo hatten ein vorbildliches Lebensmotto:
"Der Mensch lebt mit und für einander". In den letzten 30 Jahren haben die beiden unzählige Menschen selbstlos aus ihren (oft finanziellen) Notlagen befreit.
Unermüdlich. Kein Urlaub, kein Luxus - wahres Glück haben sie geteilt durch ihre Hilfe.
Gina fährt weiterhin jeden Tag raus und hilft anderen Menschen ehrenamtlich, weil ihr Mann es so gewollt hätte.
Ich starte diese Sammelaktion um die Hypothekenbelastung zu mildern. 70.000 € ist eine große Summe,
aber mit jeden 1000 € würde die monatliche Belastung schon spürbar sinken.
Jetzt ist es Zeit, dass die, die immer nur geholfen haben, selbst Unterstützung erfahren!
Last year before Christmas our neighbour, Lorenzo Tarantino passed away. Suddenly and unexpectedly, a real shock for all of us.
When a family father is torn from the middle of life it is always a tragedy.
And Lorenzo leaves a family with six children behind. Still all of them would have been dependent on the support of their father in one way or another.
The eldest daughter has four-years-old twins. All sons are still in apprenticeship or studying. The youngest daughter is about to graduate from school next year.
His widow Gina, who was married to Lorenzo for 33 years, is suddenly on her own and has to take care of all matters of the big family. Additional to that the house of the family has not been paid off yet and that is a big financial burden.
Gina has to pay a debt about € 70.000, but the widow's annuity does not even cover regular monthly expenses.
That means the deepest ruin.
Gina and Lorenzo had an exemplary life motto:
"People are living with each other and for each other". In the last 30 years the two freed countless people from their (often financial) plights.
Selflessly, tirelessly. No leave, no luxury - they have shared true happiness with their help.
Gina continues every day helping people because her husband would have wanted it that way.
I start this collection campaign to alleviate the mortgage burden. € 70.000 is a big sum but with every € 1000 the monthly burden would go down noticeably.
Now is the time, that those who always has helped are getting the support they deserve!
