Vor einigen Wochen wurden wir auf die prekäre Situation der aus der Ukraine vertriebenen Familien, die unter Planen im Metahofpark schlafen müssen, aufmerksam. Die Betroffenen, unter ihnen Babys und Kinder, chronisch kranke und schwangere Menschen sind obdachlos, weil es seit Anfang Mai keine Notquartiere für aus der Ukraine vertriebenen Menschen in Graz mehr gibt. Von Seiten der politisch Verantwortlichen ist keine Lösung in Sicht.

<div>Nun versuchen wir die Familien im Park mit dem Nötigsten zu versorgen. (Getränke, Essen, Windeln, Babynahrung, Hygieneprodukte etc.). Dies ist finanziell ein ziemlich großer Aufwand, deshalb wenden wir uns an euch.

<div>Hi, we’re Tamara and Ola, two activists from Graz. A few weeks ago, we became aware of the precarious situation facing families displaced from Ukraine who are forced to sleep under tarps in Metahofpark. These individuals—including babies, children, pregnant women, and people with chronic illnesses—are homeless because emergency shelters for those displaced from Ukraine have not been available in Graz since the beginning of May. There is no solution in sight from the authorities responsible. We are now trying to provide these families in the park with essentials (drinks, food, diapers, baby food, hygiene products, etc.). This entails significant financial cost, which is why we are turning to you. If you are in a position to make a financial contribution, you can donate here. Every euro counts.
