UNLimited WORTH Wellness Society has a vision of a world free from the impacts of trauma.
____
"I needed to walk. Even though it was rainy and cold, I had to get out of the house. There was no place darker than my mind and things were getting worse. Nature always had a way of calming me and energizing my soul at the same time. It was not the case that day. "
"...At least in death I could leave a legacy – I believed. The struggles and limitations that I dragged everyone through for the past couple years would be alleviated and I could at least pass on a financial gift to the world. I had failed and they suffered, so it was my time to correct that. At that moment, it seemed logical to me - choose death.
At once, I would be free of the shame, guilt, worthlessness, and fear that had been welling up inside me. No longer would I feel embarrassed, unheard, or limited. My struggles to find the purposeful groove in my business or align my passions with some other profession that paid the bills, would be over. It seemed rational that suicide was on the top of the page, so I pulled out a piece of paper and began to write down the pros and cons.
That was as far I got."

Every day we wake up with purpose knowing that together we create opportunities to end the cycle of childhood trauma and its impact on adult survivors.
Our mission is to encourage transformational well-being for millions of men and their support networks who want to heal and realize their UNLimited WORTH.
UNLimited WORTH Wellness Society Values:
Connection: Unresolved developmental trauma is connected to everything we do. Releasing humankind from the grip of trauma improves social wellness.
Healing: With compassion and patience we recognize and support all persons who have experienced childhood trauma in their right to receive suitable treatment or therapy.
Support: We will achieve this by working with community partners and like-minded organizations.
Learning: We are committed to learning from research, dialogue, and experience.
Belonging: We value authentic space for acceptance, inclusiveness and purpose for everyone, with appropriate cultural sensitivity.
To reach millions of men with this important message, we must address all aspects to encourage men to speak up and seek help. Yes, it is that simple. Break their silence by sharing with just ONE person whom they love and trust, and ONE person who is a trained professional in healing trauma.
UNLimited WORTH Wellness Society will execute our strategy by:
Vocalizing the impact trauma has on survivors and the best ways to overcome this through local, regional, national, and international awareness.
Advocating for integrated support treatment services for those who experience childhood trauma.
Building programs and a network for men, and their supporters within communities, who have experienced childhood trauma.
Working with partners to provide connection, access, and support to treatment programs and services specializing in trauma recovery.
Funding is required for:
- Development of content, education and training programming, for men in the workplace, families and supporters - this includes website, digital production, editing & publication
- Widespread distribution of the men's support group, podcast, books & important educational content for those who need it &/or cannot afford it

Meet Mike Skrypnek, Founder, Chair of the Board
Mike's story is powerful. He shares it in his book, "UNLimited WORTH Lessons of healing from childhood trauma; finding happiness, love and success for male leaders." Sharing his journey with a plainspoken approach to uncomfortable subject matter inspires open discussion and connection for men who need support and those who wish to share their mentorship. Mike's keynote presentations, training and workshops offer a glimpse into his experiences and learning that led to healing and ultimately wholeness. Mike hopes to #normalizethenarrative, so that men create space for other men and change the culture of mental health stigma, and secrecy.
"I'm on a mission to help millions of men and the families or supporters who love them realize their UNLimited WORTH.
We must give good men the space they need to break their silence and heal. The darkness of depression and plans for suicide led to the healing that inspired me to step into the light and take up the cause to normalize the narrative.
Men keep their childhood trauma a secret for an average of 24 years. Men you perceive to be "normal" or successful, suffer in silence. The emotions that define us and the patterns that limit us are embedded by negative experiences in our childhood that cause trauma and must be released before we can heal.
I kept my secret of childhood abuse for forty years! It defined everything I did and I never knew it. Only through treatment was I able to become aware and heal."
To reach millions of men with this important message, we launched our podcast, book, speaking and training in 2024.
Funding is required to expand the reach and distribution of this message, our podcast and share the book with non-profit organizations in trauma, suicide prevention, addiction recovery and family support, as well as into the hands of men who need to read Mike's story and lessons of healing from childhood trauma. Funding supports men who need mentoring through and after the therapeutic work they do to heal. Funding offers a life line for men in crisis to help pay for their initial professional treatments - so finances aren't a barrier to their critical first steps.
We must do more, by sharing this message with those people and organizations that cannot afford important trauma-informed training and education.
We need to fund advocacy in communities, cities, provinces and states across North America.
Men who are ready to heal must be provided direct support immediately, be connected with therapy and often need help to bridge the gap between when they break their silence to seek help and healing. There are gaps and financial needs that also must be funded by any, and all means, while men heal to become better fathers, brothers, husbands, partners, mentors and leaders. UNLimited WORTH Wellness Society will remove all barriers to connect men who are struggling with a path to healing and wellness.
We launched our GoFundMe account to reach a wider audience for support. Please share what you can.
