Hello! My name is Kate Ruffalo and I am a lightweight Rower at the University Of Wisconsin-Madison. As a collegiate athlete, it has always been my goal to represent the United States on a global scale.
Recently, I was granted the opportunity to represent the United States in the University World Games as a part of Team USA, located in Shanghai, China. This is a chance to race the best athletes around the world at the university level.
Athletes are responsible for obtaining funds for the training camp and competition. My goal is to raise 5,000 dollars in order to cover airfare and the cost of the training camp, leading up to competition in August of 2018.
