Save Our Season/Locker Room

Friends, family, and alumni of Alabama hockey, we need your support. Established in 2005, Bama hockey has grown from the ACHA D3 level to ACHA D1. The program has provided countless UA students with the opportunity to continue playing the sport they love and represent the crimson A with pride. Being a high-level club sport with minimal university contributions, student players must raise their own funds to accommodate budget shortfalls. Due to a COVID stricken 2019-20 year, the team was unable to play and generate revenue to cover accumulated facility fees. Additionally, rising ice time fees and travel expenses are creating financial hardships for our team and upcoming season. Our home rink has now threatened to take away our self-funded custom-built locker room if facility dues are not paid current. With your support, UA hockey needs to raise $18,000 by September 1, 2021. All donations go directly to supporting Alabama ACHA D1 club hockey. Donations will help provide payment for accumulated ice fees and travel expenses for the upcoming season.
